I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Hacienda. the charming Mexican decor added a unique touch to the experience. The staff were world-class with excellent customer service, always eager to assist. However, I wish there were additional hand towels in the bathroom area and maybe a floor mat for the shower to prevent slips.

I stayed in a Budget Double Room and found the mattress with pillow top to be super comfortable. air conditioning worked great and was quiet. Although, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, which might not be ideal for everyone.
